SHIPPING POLICY

All Succas are shipped through the USPS as Priority Mail, to get it to you as fast as we can without charging you an arm and a leg!

You will receive a shipping email with your tracking number.

We will also know when it has been delivered and will checking in to make sure it got there in one piece. 

RETURN POLICY

We want to make sure that you are happy with your newest addition! 

The plants and planters are extremely fragile and each situation will be unique.

If the succulent has been damaged during shipping or the planter destroyed, you must take a picture of it exactly as you have found it.

Since these planter/succulent combos are one of a kind, they are impossible to replace. That being said, if it is broken between our hands to yours, we will give you a partial refund if that succulent is dead and a full refund if the planter was destroyed during the shipping process.

But, as you agreed (or will have to when you check out) once this precious little succa is in your hands, it's your responsibility to keep it happy, healthy and strong, just like we did before you sent it over to you.
